Terms & Conditions
Upon receipt of your deposit payment, a first meeting will be conducted to discuss specific requirements for your celebration and relevant supplier searches will commence. Any equipment hired will be payable direct to the hire company by you, the party organizer.
Any services organised by The Secret Wedding Box for you, the client, such as DJ, toilets, musicians, florists are payable direct to the company / individual according to their credit terms.
All information & prices quoted are correct at the time of printing and may be subject to change or increase.
As the party organizers you will be responsible for any damage or loss to any equipment belonging to The Secret Wedding Box or hired by The Secret Wedding Box for your event / celebration and we reserve the right to charge you, as the party organizers for any such damage, loss or removal of items. A percentage of the deposit to cover repair / replacement will be retained.
VAT at the current rate is included in all the prices.
In the unfortunate event of cancellation of your booking, we reserve the right to levy a cancellation charge as set out below.
More than 12 weeks from the scheduled date - Forfeiture of deposit

Between 6 and 12 weeks - 50% of total planning fee
Between 4 and 6 weeks - 75% of total planning fee
Less than 4 weeks - 100% of total planning fee
